12-Month Limited Warranty

Luvonetic provides a 12-month limited warranty on the structural frame of eligible products purchased directly from Luvonetic.com, where the applicable product page states that a 12-month warranty is included.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the order is delivered and continues for 12 months.
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural frame that occur during normal residential use, including:
• Defects in frame materials
• Defective frame components
• Structural frame issues caused by manufacturing or workmanship defects
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage, scratches, fading, discoloration, or rust caused by environmental exposure
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, modification, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by severe weather, high winds, storms, flooding, fire, falling objects, or other external events
• Damage caused by moving or relocating an assembled product
• Commercial, rental, or non-residential use
• Fabric, curtains, mosquito netting, canopy material, roof panels, accessories, or decorative components unless specifically stated on the product page
• Products purchased from another seller or marketplace
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@luvonetic.com and provide:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Delivery date
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the affected part
• Photographs showing the complete assembled product
Claims should be submitted within 30 days after the issue is discovered.
Warranty Resolution
After reviewing an approved claim, Luvonetic may provide replacement parts, repair assistance, or another appropriate resolution. The available resolution depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, and the information provided with the claim.
A full product replacement or refund is not automatically provided under this limited warranty. Luvonetic will determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.
Additional Information
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. Replacement parts provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original 12-month warranty period.
This limited warranty does not remove any rights that may be available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
