Returns and Refunds

Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. The piece
needs to come back unworn and in the condition it reached you.

Your right to cancel — United Kingdom and EU
If you are in the UK or the EU you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel,
starting the day you receive your order, for any reason and without giving one.
Email support@luvonetic.com within those 14 days to exercise it. You then have a
further 14 days to send the goods back, and we refund within 14 days of receiving
them, including standard outbound shipping. This right sits alongside our 30-day
guarantee, not instead of it.

How to start a return
Email support@luvonetic.com with your order number and one line about what
happened. We reply with the correct return address. Do not post anything back
before you hear from us — our registered address is an office, not a returns
warehouse, and parcels sent there go missing.

Who pays return postage
Changed your mind, wrong size, did not suit you: you cover return postage.
Damaged, faulty, wrong item, or it arrived broken: we cover it, and you do not
need to post it back at all. A photo is enough.
There are no restocking fees.

Damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something is broken, bent or not what you
ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. Replacement or refund, your choice.

Refund timing
Once we receive and check the return, the refund goes back to your original
payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to
show it.

Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 days, email us. Once the carrier confirms the
parcel is gone, you choose: a replacement or a full refund.

Cancelling an order
Free within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not been dispatched.

Not returnable
Gift cards. Pierced earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is opened,
unless they are faulty — this is a hygiene rule and it does not affect your legal
rights.
