Terms of Service

These terms apply to everything you buy from luvonetic.com, operated by
LUVONETIC LLC, Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States.

Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your
dispatch confirmation. We can decline an order — for example if an item is out
of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you
in full if we do.

Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the site and include all
applicable taxes for the US and UK. We can change prices at any time, but never
after you have paid.

Product descriptions and images
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including the metal, the plating
and whether it is waterproof. Screens vary, so exact shade can differ slightly
from the photograph. Anything that is not waterproof says so on its product page.

Materials
Unless a product page says otherwise, our jewellery is stainless steel with an
18k gold or rhodium plate. It is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Pieces that
include pearl, natural stone or enamel are not waterproof and their pages say so.

Sizing
Ring sizes follow the US and UK conversion table in our size guide. We cannot
resize a ring after purchase, but you can return it under our returns policy.

Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for
what happens under it.

Our content
Everything on this site — text, photographs, layout — belongs to us and may not
be copied for commercial use.

Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our
negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what
you paid for it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If you are a
consumer in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws
of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
