Where we ship
United States and the United Kingdom.

Cost
Free on orders over $70. Below that, a flat $4.95, shown at checkout before you
pay. UK orders are charged the equivalent in GBP.

Handling time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time
United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and peak season
can add days.

More than one parcel
Some items ship from different warehouses, so a single order can arrive as two
or more parcels a few days apart, each with its own tracking number. Gift tins
in particular always ship separately from jewellery. Nothing has gone wrong if
one arrives before the other.

Tracking
You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the
warehouse. It can take 24–48 hours before tracking shows any movement, because
the number is created when the label is printed and nothing updates until the
parcel is physically scanned. A number that says "not found" on day one is normal.

Import duties and taxes
US and UK orders are sold with all taxes included. You will not be asked for
anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs payment, do
not pay it — email us and we will resolve it and refund anything you have already
paid.

If it has not arrived
Email support@luvonetic.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and stay
on it. If tracking has not moved in 10 days we send a replacement or refund you
in full, your choice.

Wrong or incomplete address
Email us as soon as you notice. We can usually fix it before dispatch. Once
shipped we cannot redirect, and re-delivery after a failed attempt may be
chargeable.
