Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@luvonetic.com or +1 (307) 445-3132 and we will do our best to catch the order before it ships.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 6–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the size of the item. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
What is freight (curbside) delivery?
Oversized items ship on a pallet with a freight carrier. The carrier calls you in advance to schedule a delivery window and unloads the cartons at the curb or end of your driveway. We recommend having a second person available to help move cartons.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
Note any visible damage with the driver at drop-off, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We'll send free replacement parts, a full replacement, or a full refund — in most cases without you returning anything.
Products & Assembly
Do your gazebos and pergolas require assembly?
Yes. All structures ship flat-packed with pre-drilled parts, all hardware and an illustrated manual. Most gazebos take 2–4 hours with two people. We're happy to help by phone or email if you get stuck.
Can they stay outside all year?
Hardtop (metal and polycarbonate roof) structures are built for year-round use. Fabric-roof canopies and retractable pergola tops should be closed or taken down in storms, high winds and heavy snow — each product page lists its weather guidance.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every structure includes a 12-month frame warranty, in addition to your 30-day return window.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Email support@luvonetic.com with your order number to start — full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
