Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Paste it below to see where your parcel is.

Track your parcel

Use 17TRACK and paste the number from your shipping email. It works with every carrier we use.

Tracking has not updated yet

Give it 24 to 48 hours after you get the email. The number is created when the label is printed, but nothing shows until the parcel is physically scanned at the first depot. A number that says "not found" on day one is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

How long delivery takes

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
• United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days after dispatch

Ordered more than one thing?

Items sometimes ship from different warehouses, so you may get more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive a few days apart. Gift tins in particular ship separately from jewellery.

Still nothing after 10 days

Email support@luvonetic.com with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement or a full refund.
